God and Mac & Cheese!

I see God working in most things, including Kraft Macaroni & Cheese!  Before you think I am totally off my rocker, hear me out.

I bought Kraft Mac at Costco yesterday and place the new box beneath the old box. It was hard not to notice that the new box was quite a bit smaller than the old.

Look at the picture.  New box is:

1.5 inches less in length and 1 inch less in width, than the old box!

“How much more are companies going to reduce the size of our products?  Is a candy kiss going to be the size of an M&M by Valentine’s Day?” grumbling to myself (which I am really trying to curb since God doesn’t like complaining; Do all things without complaining and disputing, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God” (Philippians 2:14-15.)

Upon examining the contents though, I was pleasantly surprised.   Kraft didn’t reduce the amount of each container.  It is still the same amount of ounces and same amount of cups.  The only thing reduced is the cardboard box!

Some very smart person working at Kraft, had the great idea to curb the cardboard by quite a lot, saving the company a ton of money in packaging costs.  And saving the world less waste.  Good going Kraft employee!

So why do I see God in this?  It’s not like God dressed up in a Kraft uniform offering this cost cutting suggestion.

Who made the building materials that houses Kraft products?

Who made the people working at Kraft?

Who made the particular person that had this carton reduction idea?

Who made the brain of this employee?

Who made the mouth and vocal cords of the employee to speak the idea?

GOD!

Deuteronomy 10:14-22. 14To the Lord your God, belongs the heavens, even the highest heavens, the earth and everything in it. 15 Yet the Lord set his affection on your ancestors and loved them, and he chose you, their descendants, above all the nations—as it is today. 16 Circumcise your hearts, therefore, and do not be stiff-necked any longer. 17 For the Lord your God is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great God, mighty and awesome, who shows no partiality and accepts no bribes. 18 He defends the cause of the fatherless and the widow, and loves the foreigner residing among you, giving them food and clothing. 19 And you are to love those who are foreigners, for you yourselves were foreigners in Egypt. 20 Fear the Lord your God and serve him. Hold fast to him and take your oaths in his name. 21 He is the one you praise; he is your God, who performed for you those great and awesome wonders you saw with your own eyes. 22 Your ancestors who went down into Egypt were seventy in all, and now the Lord your God has made you as numerous as the stars in the sky.

Thank you God, for EVERYTHING!   And the best part of sending Jesus to save us since we tend to run amuck down here.  I love you.  ❤❤❤
