Alone?

Have you felt all alone through these past months of 2020?

I have.

And then I receive a special gift such as the one above. A homemade card from a friend’s daughter, that was completely unexpected. I had a big health scare recently and asked many people to pray for me. I didn’t know this little one was praying too.

Her written words inside:

Dear Marla, I know you are going through a lot and I am very sorry. 😥 I hope you know I wish the best for you and that you feel better. I am praying for you.

Beautiful. And she reminded me that we are never alone. Even Jesus before He went to be crucified for us, spoke with His disciples saying “You will leave me all alone. Yet I am not alone for my Father is with me.” John 16:32

The world can block any of our goals and make us feel alone. But our home is not on earth. It is in Heaven. Our relationship with Jesus cannot be blocked by anything, ever.
