In a world of lots of words, the emotis are a great invention! ๐๐๐ Do your introvert friends use them a lot? I do.
It’s a pleasant way to say, “Hey, I acknowledge you, and this is what I’m saying back.” Then, you have a wide range of non-talking gestures.
One of my favorites is that I’m praying. ๐ Your prayer request goes into my list of prayers on my phone.
Or this guy. ๐ค I think it means I’m puzzled or I’m thinking hard. ๐ค
Or ๐คช which I use a lot because life is nuts!
๐ฑ What about this one when my past college roomie sent me a text showing the apartment buildings we stayed in for 2 years, has an “asbestos removal project” sign in the front lawn?! What did this ๐ณ do to us 40 years ago?
And I can say how I really feel about many subjects, with this guy ๐คฎ
๐๐๐ But life goes on so until next time ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ
God bless you! ๐ ๐ ๐
I stand with Israel ๐ฎ๐ฑ
“Or ๐คช which I use a lot because life is nuts!” I am all about wonky face emoji!

Emojis also help in clarifying a writerโs attitude. Cold words can be easily misconstrued, but an emoji can stand in where vocal inflection and facial expressions cannot be heard or seen.๐ (One of my favorites!)

That’s true. Thank you. I hadn’t thought about that point before.

I like emojis. They express what I want to say without me having to go into a full length text.
