God’s golden rule:
Love God with all your heart, soul, and mind.
Love others as yourself.
God has been pressing this upon my heart lately.
I am seeing Him give me “opportunities” each day to love, and instead, I’ve seen them as “trials” until recently.
If those 2 requests from God are most important to Him, why aren’t they most important to me also?
Aren’t they all that really matters?!
Will He not provide me with how to love each time He presents me with a new opportunity?
For the next weeks, I’m going to blog about various opportunities God laid before me to love others, what I saw as God’s answer and ask you what your answer is, if you choose to participate.
I will not be judging your answer and will only give it a quick acknowledgment.
See you soon.
Matthew 22:36-39 NIV
“Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?”
Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’
Love this!

This Scripture comes to mind…
Galatians 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
I know what you mean about trials being an opportunity to love. I have a situation like that right now.
