Prayer Requests?

I had a few incredible God stories happen this week but I feel like I’m supposed to dedicate this blog to ask if all you good folks want/need prayer? People are all over the place with emotions at this time of year and God is there for us. Prayer carries us through. Please let me know who and what to pray for. I care.

Love

  1. My son (17) is wrestling spiritually and has chosrn to date a nonbeliever, which is dragging him further from the absolutes of God. Please pray for him to have discernment and draw closer to God. Thank you. God bless you!😃❤️

    1. Asking the Lord to keep your son strong in Him and for His light to shine through your son and draw this girl to Jesus. Whether or not she dates your son, we all need Jesus. May the Lord’s will be done in this situation and may He receive the glory. God is good and He is faithful. Have a great day!

  2. Mine is along the lines of Tonya’s. I have a couple of kids who seem to be listening to worldly wisdom and thinking it sounds wiser than God’s. I’m praying for true revival – for each of us in my family – but especially those who can’t hear God above the noise they embrace right now. We’ll all be together for Christmas and the verse that keeps reverberating in my heart is “Or do you show contempt for the riches of his kindness, forbearance and patience, not realizing that God’s kindness is intended to lead you to repentance?” Romans 2:4 I want to be be kind – so kind! And also to let the Holy Spirit show them that God’s kindness toward them has a purpose. I want to work with the Holy Spirit, not try to do His job on my timeline ;). Thank you for your prayers – for my mama heart and my precious kids.

    1. Sometimes it is hard for us nurturing mothers to not try to do the Holy Spirit’s job. My name.is Donna. I absolutely was there at one point also. Just take a deep breath and keep praying. They will see the truth through your life and they will listen to the still small voice of the Lord when it is their time to. God is in control. Just be at peace knowing that He hears your prayers. He knows your heart. He has them in His hands. God bless!

      1. Thank you so much! I know God has this and I trust Him. It is me and my impatient desire to have everything in my time that trips me up. It is actually freeing to not have to do anything but love- it can certainly go against a mothers nature to relax and trust, lol! I appreciate your encouragement.

    2. Hi Mama, As I read this and what I know about you from our friendship, let them know exactly what’s on your heart. Trust in God, as you do so well, and your words will flow from the Holy Spirit. You are beautiful. I will be along side you, praying and asking for softening of hearts. Thank you for sharing. ❤

        1. I was just praying this instance for you and the other ladies. It blows my mind to see you and Michael’s devotion and faithfulness to Jesus and how not everyone around you, whether it be those in your workplace, Ireland, the grocery store and especially your children, aren’t touched. I believe they are. Just keep pleasing God!

    1. Oh Carla, I am so sorry for your pain and rejection. My first thought is how our Savior Jesus, was rejected, that led to his death and how people everywhere today, still reject Him. It hurts. I will certainly pray for you, and for your family to realize you have so much value. Also, for you to feel comfort, no matter what goes on around you because as long as we’re pleasing God, that is all that matters. ❤

    1. Hi Eileen, I will offer up prayers of protection surrounding your daughter and you. And I will ask for quick healing. Sometimes, even after asking for quick healing for others, it isn’t answered. It may be God’s will for us is to just rest in Him and Be still and know He is God. You are loved. ❤

  4. Hi, Marlagro. Please pray for my son, Jon, and his two boys. He has not spoken to me for about three years for more than a couple minutes for information he needed for security clearance at a new job. The grandsons are 12 and 10 and Anita and I really want to see them, but more so to see our son and reestablish a relationship.

    1. Dear Jesus, we fully trust that you will choose the right moment to reunite C.A. and Jon and his family.  I petition you on my friends behalf, that you give him and Anita their heart’s desire, to start afresh with Jon,  this blessed season.  Thank you Jesus for hearing every prayer, written and unwritten,  and placing them in your golden bowl.  If you want C.A. to do anything,  please direct his actions and words with your Spirit.  Please make this miracle happen Jesus.  We love you.  Amen.

      1. Keep praying. Sending Jon a book that I just read that moved me : A Severe Mercy by Sheldon Vanauken. Excellent treatise on what love should be between a husband and wife, but beyond that, reflections on how God’s love should affect all our relationships.
Love and prayers for you this Christmas and all throughout the New Year.
        c.a. and anita
