Friends & Family

At our home that we call “The Ranch,” we see friends and family.

Our friends and family may not be what you envision when you hear these words.

Here are best FRIENDS, a wild cottontail bunny and a Jackrabbit. They roam our property together. What do they have in common? I don’t know other than God made them. But they sure are cute!

And here is FAMILY…a family of Quail! At least 20 babies, obediently drinking, as instructed by mom and dad.

And here’s our newest family member, Purple (I don’t know where I come up with these names 😆). He was really little when we first saw him and beats to his own drum. One day, he was in the side yard, then disappeared in like a second. Next thing we know, there was a bunch of scrapping noise in our dryer vent. He shimmied into a small opening and was pulling lint out for himself! Now he is chomping on a beautiful cactus a friend just gave me. And the worst part is he’s too cute to scold! 😆

I love our home! Thank you God for this provision that delights in every way!
