Hi everybody, just wanted to say hi and give my whereabouts.
We were on vacation and had no internet.
Came home for a day and then have had no internet, no landline or much cell service at our house, for one week. And the company doesn’t seem to care.
Thank you God for free internet at the library. Unfortunately, it isn’t close.
What happen to the days where companies cared about customers?
I hope to start up my blogs again soon.

It is very unfortunate how that company is treating you. I hope and pray that someone from the company will care enough to offer the appropriate assistance in getting your Internet and cell services restored.

Thank you for your compassion! A humorous story is we weren’t getting any satisfaction and a tech came at 730am. On Sunday, when I was needing to get my car out of the garage for church! Haha. It all worked out!
